Karla Mariana Rodríguez Romero, hereinafter “MAXLIFE YUCATÁN” or the “Data Controller”, provides services related to the fields of immigration and property law.

MAXLIFE YUCATÁN, in compliance with Articles 3, Section I, 15, 16, and 17 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “Law”), is responsible for the processing of personal data of individuals and legal entities, whether they are clients, providers, service users, commercial partners, or any other natural or legal person who has any relationship with the same (hereinafter the “User”).

The use and protection of data will be handled under principles of legality, consent, information, confidentiality, loyalty, proportionality, and accountability.

MAXLIFE YUCATÁN will collect, use, store, and protect Users’ data, only for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice or an official communication issued by competent authorities.

Additionally, it is authorized to process information provided by the Users in case of legal requirement by any authority, in accordance with the Law and the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin (LFPIORPI).

MAXLIFE YUCATÁN may request financial data only to explain the reason for its use and scope.

Sensitive data will not be collected, unless strictly necessary, and only with prior written consent.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Primary Purposes:

• Drafting contracts or legal documents related to real estate

• Filling out legal formats

• Immigration assistance

• Consulting in immigration and real estate law

Secondary Purposes:

• Promotional emails and advertisements

• Sending notices or communications to Users

Limitations of Use or Disclosure

Users may request via email (services@maxlifeyucatan.com.mx) that their data not be used for secondary purposes.
MAXLIFE YUCATÁN will respond within 48 hours and limit usage exclusively to primary purposes.

Security Measures

MAXLIFE YUCATÁN protects information using:

• Devices with passwords

• Private servers with limited access

• File-sharing platforms with restricted access

• Locked physical archives

• Confidentiality agreements signed by staff

• Restricted access protocols

• Data reproduction limitations

Staff includes directors, advisors, collaborators, and project consultants.

We are not responsible for illegal interceptions of communications. If it occurs, we will notify Users immediately.

Data Transfers

Transfers are strictly limited to legal purposes and authorities or competent entities.

ARCO Rights

Users may exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition (ARCO) by emailing: services@maxlifeyucatan.com.mx.

We will respond within 48 hours. You may withdraw consent at any time via the same method.

Changes to the Privacy Notice

MAXLIFE YUCATÁN may update this notice. If so, users will be notified within 15 calendar days.

If the User does not express disagreement in writing, consent will be considered granted.
